Building on the rapid customer adoption of IdentityServer and a reputation for best-in-class quality and flexibility, Duende is poised to expand rapidly into the broader Identity Access Management (IAM) market and help organizations secure the identity of their application users.

The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will help reinforce Duende as the leading identity access and control solution for .NET developers and executives. Specifically, you will:

• Refine go-to-market strategy as product portfolio expands: work with product strategy, sales & marketing teams to craft new & optimize existing lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities based on performance data.
• Develop messaging & positioning: support all internal teams by clearly communicating our product value proposition, define in-depth buyer personas; and craft and implement clear, concise, and developer-friendly messaging and positioning for Duende's IAM solutions.
• Conduct market research: perform market research & analysis to understand customer needs (including supporting Customer Advisory Board), collect competitive intelligence, and inform product marketing strategies for future efforts.
• Drive product launches: partner with product, partnership, and marketing teams to plan and execute launches of new and (upgrades to) existing products, including internal trainings, external messaging, social media posts, etc.
• Measure and adapt: define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and continually improve the success of product marketing initiatives

The Team

You will lead Product Marketing and report directly to the Head of Marketing on our Growth Team. The Product Marketing function will partner with the Engineering, Product Strategy, Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, Technical Support and other Marketing teams to drive communication and awareness of our premier IAM solutions for .NET.

About You

We are seeking someone who has:

• 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably for a B2B software company.
• Software development experience and/or specific experience marketing to software developers.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Social platforms).

Salary and Location

Duende’s compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, benefits, and equity. Our cash compensation range for this role is: $125,000 - $140,000. We will consider remote and flexible work arrangements worldwide. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience, domain-specific expertise, and other factors.
